The University Examination Center “Universal Test” provides the following educational services:

  • conducting and preparing for international language exams ECL and ESOL;
  • conducting mock testing for the TOEFL IBT and IELTS language exams

1. SECURE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TESTS

For those wishing to obtain a visa for the purpose of studying, working or reuniting with their family in the UK, there is an option to take the ESOL SELT exam instead of IELTS.

Work and study visa requirements require that the ESOL SELT tests four language skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking) and is available at the following levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR): B1, B2, C1, C2. For the purposes of applying for an immigrant visa, the ESOL SELT is designed to test two skills (speaking and listening) and is available at levels: A1, A2, B1.
ESOL Certificate SELT is valid for 2 years.

2. ECL

The ECL test complies with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR) and the qualification criteria of the Association of Language Test Administrators in Europe (ALTE). Detailed information about the test is available on the examination system website.https://eclexam.eu.

The ECL certificate confirms the level of English language proficiency (A2-C1) for: admission to European universities, colleges and schools; awarding academic titles to scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers; employment in Ukraine and abroad.

3. ESOL

The ESOL test meets the qualification criteria of the Association of Language Test Developers in Europe (ALTE). Detailed information about the test is available on the examination system website.https://www.languagecert.org

ESOL International certificates are widely recognized by employers, ministries and educational institutions in many countries around the world. The test result is valid indefinitely and does not require confirmation. ESOL International is available at all CEFR levels – A1-C2.

4. IELTS

There are two types of this exam – Academic and General. Academic IELTS is required mainly by students for admission to European universities, while General IELTS is required in a package of documents for employment. The difference between these exams is only in the level of difficulty, as their structure is absolutely identical.
The test can be taken monthly, and results are available within 14-21 days. The test results are ranked according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR).

5. TOEFL IBT

TOEFL results are included in the mandatory package of documents for applicants when applying for education. According to the standard, the test is taken from the age of 14, for children under 14 there is a TOEFL Junior exam. The test results are ranked according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR).

6. TOEFL ITP

TOEFL ITP  is a standardized language exam to confirm the level of English proficiency for the purpose of entering higher education institutions abroad, during selection for international scholarship educational programs and language courses, for obtaining an academic title, as well as for successful employment abroad.
The validity of TOEFL ITP test results is 2 years.
What is TOEFL ITP needed for: enrollment in educational English-language programs that require knowledge of academic English for schoolchildren or students; studying on short-term language courses abroad; internships and employment abroad; receiving international scholarships.

7. SAT

The SAT is a standardized test taken by applicants to colleges and universities in the United States. The primary purpose of the SAT is to test knowledge and assess the ability to apply that knowledge in subjects such as reading, writing, and mathematics.
