STEP 3. UNIFIED INTERAGENCY INFORMATION SYSTEM
The only system for foreigners to apply to study in Ukraine is the Unified Interagency Information System, which operates through the apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua platform. It is the only legal way for foreigners to receive an invitation and apply to Ukrainian universities, ensuring transparency of the process from document submission to enrollment, with integration into state registries and automation of approvals.
How the system works:
Registration and application: The foreigner creates an electronic account on the International Admission Online website.
Uploading documents: Uploads the necessary documents (passport, certificate/diploma, photo) with translations.
Invitation generation: The system generates an electronic invitation, which is verified by state authorities (SBU, DPSU).
The student must pay for the center’s services (3100 UAH). Details on the website:https://studyinukraine.gov.ua/uk/.
Approval: After approval, the invitation is signed with an electronic signature or the university’s seal.
